SHIPPING POLICY

All orders!

Please note, do to logistics and the variety of products we offer, multiple items purchased in one order may arrive at different times due to fulfillment from more than one of our fulfillment centers.  We will provide up to date tracking information for every item in an order to ensure you are kept informed of delivery status.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of being placed. If you do not receive your tracking information within 6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)  of placing order, please contact us at avenue211co@gmail.com

We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order.  Please make sure it is correct. Avenue 211 is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

We strive to deliver orders within 8-15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of the order being processed. Shipping times can be impacted by a number of different factors, including product availability, product volume, holiday impact, and acts of God. If an order is not delivered within 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of the order being processed, please contact us at avenue211co@gmail.com

International Orders

Please note that international order delivery of items may take longer depending on shipping and/or customs processing. For this purpose, if your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please contact us at avenue211co@gmail.com.

Customs Clearance (International Orders)

We cannot be held responsible for any delays stemming from the customs clearance process within the destination country. The release of your package is solely at the discretion of the customs authorities, and this is a matter beyond our control.

Avenue 211 is not responsible for packages once they leave one of our fulfillment centers and we do not  guarantee arrival times either domestically or internationally for purchased items.
